All organisations that perform the majority of their deliveries by bicycle and adhere to the responsible cyclologist manifesto are invited to use Cyke.
How can I open my Cyke account?
Get in touch with us! We can offer you a demo so that you can discover in detail how Cyke works. We are here to answer all your questions. If you want to open an account, we will ask you for the necessary information and an account can be opened within the day. However, we advise against doing so last minute if you have urgent delivery needs, to allow time to get familiar with the software.
Can I contact an existing client?
Certainly, our clients are the best to speak about us. If you'd like an introduction to a Cyke user similar to you, ask us (or contact them directly!).
What support do you provide?
Our teams are available by email and phone to answer your questions related to software usage. We can also assist you with change management if you were using another software before. In any case, we stay in touch to co-develop Cyke's enhancements.
Pricing
How long must we sign up for?
It is possible to stop using Cyke at any time. However, you will still be charged for your final month's usage.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your pricing at the end of the month, whether it's to increase or decrease your usage of Cyke.
Are there discounts for co-operatives and non-profit associations?
As a co-operative, Cargonautes aims to assist social and solidarity economy enterprises. Co-operatives and non-profit associations can benefit from a discount on the chosen pricing. Contact us to discuss it.

Does the software work on all devices?
Yes! Cyke is a web application that works on all recent computers, smartphones, and tablets. No specific hardware purchase is required.
What is the reliability of Cyke software?
We are particularly committed to providing a quality service. We are also users of Cyke for 14 hours a day! All our databases are protected, and Cyke uses multiple servers to maintain constant availability. In recent years, Cyke's availability has been over 99.99%.
Can I contribute? Is Cyke open source?
We are considering making Cyke open source in the medium term. If you have skills in web or mobile application development, feel free to contact us to discuss it.
